Having trouble with NCC's On-Line Education connection?  Please try the following:

Working From Your Hospital/Company Computer

If you have trouble making the connection OR the email with your password and links will not

come through, please check with your IT department.  The probable cause is the "fire wall"

or security system on the company's network.  IT can tell you how to circumvent this.

Cookies must be enabled and temporary cookie files may need to be deleted if multiple

orders are made from the same computer. A telltale sign is that one or more individuals

don't get emails or can't access the module either from the email or NCC Online Testing

Center.

The solution.  Call your IT department for assistance.  Once the system is configured

correctly, reorder and then email NCC with the old and new orders numbers, your

full name and what and when ordered with an explanation of the problem and

your first order will be refunded.

Cookie Files - "Download Unavailable or Password Expired"

If after logging in, you get the above message, make sure “cookies are enabled.”

How to enable cookies is listed below, but an easier solution is to try access the

module from the NCC Online Testing Center.  Go to the NCC website and from the

home page (left hand column) click on NCC Online Testing Center.  Put in your name

and your order ID# (usually your NCC ID# or SS# depending on what you entered

when you ordered) and you can access, reading materials, test and certificate

of completion if successful from there.

You can also try copying and pasting the links in the email into your internet

browser window and click GO.  Often times, this circumvents conflicts and allows

access.
